Ever
since Declan set eyes on Elysia no
other woman would due, but she is engaged to another man and all Declan can do
is wait and hope. When he finally gets his chance with Elysia he will not fail
but she is afraid and is not ready to trust again. Declan loves Elysia to no
end but if she does not want to be with him there is nothing he can do but walk
away. As much as it pains him Declan will give Elysia whatever she needs even
if it kills him. Can Declan prove to Elysia that their love is meant to be or
has her past with men done so much harm to her psyche that it is unrepairable?
Elysia and Declan’s story is a wonderful romance. The two are destined to be together but they must deal with so much before they find their happy ever after. With a little help from friends and family they are able to work through whatever curveballs life throws at them but is it enough to keep them together? Emotions are strong in this story and trust is earned the hard way. I enjoyed watching the two work through everything. Elysia is a strong woman but her confidence has been shaken and she does not trust herself anymore in the love department. When she falls for Declan she doesn’t think that she can trust her own feelings. Declan is a good man and he knows what he wants and that is Elysia. He will do anything for her even give her up but is that the right thing to do? Declan and Elysia make a great couple not only are they attracted to each other sexually but also mentally. It was nice to watch these two find their way to happiness. It is a bumpy ride but worth the effort.
